Friday: 2:00pm - 9:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Sunday: 11:am - 6:00pm

*Box Office will open two hours before VIP Friday and Saturday and an hour and a half before VIP on Sunday*

 

How will prepaid autographs work?

Bring your QR code to be scanned at prepaid check in. It will be located next to the information booth in the Guest area. You will be given a group (A-D) that will give you a return time. Two weeks before the event, you will be given a tentative time frame. When it is your time, go to the line and our volunteers will direct you to the proper queue line. 

 

Acceptable props

Props cannot be metal, hard plastic, and/or wood props. Please note that you will be going through a security check point upon entering the convention where weapons will be “peace bonded”. All weapons will be at the discretion of the promoter and are subject to rejection. No firearms of any kind will be permitted entry.

Dress Code

Spookala is a family friendly event, and we aim to create an inclusive and welcoming environment. We encourage cosplay from all backgrounds and body types, but the following dress policies must be adhered to while attending Spookala. 

 

All attendees are required to have some kind of opaque fabric fully covering breasts, genitals, and buttocks. Opaque bodysuits intended to simulate nudity will also not be permitted. Anyone wearing an outfit that is deemed too revealing by the production staff will be asked to change or leave the event. Costumes and clothing that contains any words or imagery that are racist, obscene, or derogatory will not be permitted. The Spookala production team reserves the right to reject any costume at any time. 

 

If I bought an autograph already and selfies are offered later, can I upgrade at the table?

Yes, you can. *Please keep in mind that tables are cash only. Autographs are available on a first come, first serve basis. They are not guaranteed unless prepurchased.

Ada accommodations

Unfortunately, due to limited time for autographs, out of fairness for all attendees, we are unable to allow attendees to bypass any autograph lines, unless you have purchased a VIP pass. We recommend that you arrange to have somebody stand in your place in line as a place holder. You can then reunite in line once they have reached the front. *We do also have a limited amount of collapsable stools for sale at merch booth. Stools are subject to selling out.

 

Is the show cashless?

Concessions and food trucks are credit card only. Celebrity Guests are cash only. *Most vendors take both. *There are two ATMs outside near box office and one ATM inside the expo hall near the entrance. 

 

Lost and Found

Our lost and found is found at our information booth located next to prepaid autographs, in the Guest area. Lost and Found will only be held until end of operating hours Sunday.

 

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the event needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the following two options will be offered. Tickets for a cancelled event may be used for the next occurring Spookala Event. Tickets for a cancelled event can also be refunded. The refund may take up to thirty days to process and will be returned to the original form of payment. 

 

What if I lose my wristband?

We do not reissue wristbands, please make sure you are wearing it at all times. Bring ID with you to box office at check in. *VIP will need to show lanyard AND wristband at check points.
